How we get it right
Pay calculation is too serious for ‘looks right to me’.
A deterministic engine. Zero LLMs touch your pay numbers. Every output is auditable and reproducible.
Rates that change at 6pm, midnight, or 6am are handled correctly. Stacked penalties – weekend plus public holiday plus night – combine at the right rate.
Overtime averaged across a fortnight or month? Allowances pro-rated by classification? Handled per-award.
Your payslip gross stays on your device. Shift It never sees it. Comparison runs entirely offline.
