Hospitality General: evening 7pm-midnight, late night midnight-7am. Fast Food: evening 10pm-midnight, late night midnight-6am. Rates differ too.
Casual loading is applied first, then penalty rates on top. Getting the order wrong produces the wrong gross.
Under 16: 40% of adult rate. Under 17: 50%. Under 18: 60%. And so on to 90% at 20. Penalty rates apply on top of the junior base.
Part-time hospitality workers accrue overtime when they exceed their agreed contracted hours for the week, not the full-time threshold.
