My roster didn’t parse correctly. What now?
First, make sure you’re importing the .xlsx spreadsheet (not a PDF or screenshot). If you only have a PDF or image, AI Import is coming in v3.1 to handle those. Still stuck? Email us the file and we’ll help.
How do I upgrade to Pro?
Upgrade from inside the app: Settings → Shift It Pro. Choose monthly, annual, or lifetime. Upgrades are processed by Apple or Google – we never see your payment details.
Can I use Shift It on my iPad and my iPhone?
Yes. Shift It runs on iPad too, and Pro unlocks across all your devices signed into the same Apple ID.
Why does the app need location?
Only for weather forecasts on the Coming Up screen. Location is optional and stays on your device. We never send your location to any server.
Will you build Android widgets/Live Activities?
Android widgets are already in the app. Live Activities are iOS-specific – Android uses persistent notifications for the same effect.
